There are many reason for Anxiety Attacks. Things like stress, overload on work and pressure can really harm you mentally and physically. Its perfectly normal to feel anxious about a big meeting at work or a first time date with someone you really like. So don’t worry and freak out when you begin to feel this way. Its only when these Anxious moments become more intense and more regular.
Things you should really watch out for are:
-Fast breathing or hyperventilation
-Pounding heart
-Difficulty in breathing
-Chest pain
-Severe pain
-Cold sweats
-Fear of losing control
-Fear of dying
These symptoms may occur individually or may occur with other symptoms added on.
If at anytime you become so anxious you have trouble breathing or increased heart rate you must step back and take yourself out of the situation before it becomes worse.
